    Southern Arizona Veteran's Administration - Building 40 Central Plant

    KC Mechanical provided an extensive central plant upgrade design including 1200 additonal tons of cooling capacity, a 600 ton ice chiller for overnight production with 24 ice storage tanks, heat exchangers, cooling towers, and all associated pumps.

    Marana Counseling and Wellness Center

    KC Mechanical provided mechanical, plumbing and fire sprinkler design for this $4.8 million, 30,500 SF health services facility located in Marana, Arizona. Project was a LEED Silver Design.

    Located in the historic town of Bisbee, Arizona; this project required extensive replacement and additions to the existing dated mechanical systems including 44 tons of AC, new ductwork distribution, humidifiers, and a new medical gas system.

    KC Mechanical provided mechanical, plumbing and fire sprinkler design for this $15 million, 5 story, 103,000 SF medical office building. Facilities include cardiology, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, OB/GYN, and an imaging center.

    A 113,000 SF modern campus K-8 school for TUSD. Highlights include a full service kitchen, 20,000 gallon rain water harvesting system, solar hot water system, and LEED Silver Certification.
